15€ For bicycles – Greece
6€ For small products – Cyprus
50€ For bicycles – Cyprus
For parcels that cost 60 € and above the shipping cost is free when the delivery is within Greece. Bicycle products are excluded from free shipping.
For shipments to foreign countries the cost varies and you should contact us by phone or via email to determine the shipping costs.
6. Shipping methods
The orders submitted in our online store are sent nationwide through a courier – courier company (General Post Office), within 1-3 working days.
Attention: To Remote / Inaccessible Areas of the Region, delivery may be delayed by additional working days. We would like to inform you that in case the delivery address is considered inaccessible by the courier company, the receipt of the order should be done by the customer at the nearest offices of the courier company.
7. Content and prices of Products
All prices of the online store voukelatos-bikes.com include VAT (24%) and relate to the available stock, while the store reserves the right to adjust the prices when necessary.
8. Withdrawal and Returns of Products
You can change the product you received for a different size, color or design within fourteen (10) calendar days from the receipt of your original order, always with the courier company (General Post).
In any case, you will be charged for the return and shipping costs. In any case, you can contact the store by phone or e-mail to arrange the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value.
Return process:
To make a change, you send us back the parcel with the courier company you received (this is done at your own expense). Your parcel must contain the original proof of purchase as well as a note in which you can tell us with what code, color and size you want to change the product.
Return conditions:
1. The return must be made within fourteen (10) calendar days from the dispatch of the order.
2. The product must not have been used or damaged or otherwise damaged.
