You can change the product you received for a different size, color or design within fourteen (10) calendar days from the receipt of your original order, always with the courier company (General Post).
In any case, you will be charged for the return and shipping costs. In any case, you can contact the store by phone or e-mail to arrange the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value.
Return process:
To make a change, you send us back the parcel with the courier company you received (this is done at your own expense). Your parcel must contain the original proof of purchase as well as a note in which you can tell us with what code, color and size you want to change the product.
Return conditions:
1. The return must be made within fourteen (10) calendar days from the dispatch of the order.
2. The product must not have been used or damaged or otherwise damaged.
3. The original proof of purchase must be included in the product and must be in the condition received with the original packaging.
WITHDRAWAL:
You have the right to return the product you bought within 10 calendar days from the shipment of the product, exercising the right of withdrawal and request a refund of the amount you paid us (only if the product has not been used). Return costs are borne by the customer and must be paid directly by you to the courier company of your choice. In case the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery, the additional amount charged to the order by the above payment method will not be refunded.
Withdrawal return procedure:
In case of withdrawal you can send us the parcel at our headquarters with any courier company you wish, (at your own expense). Your parcel must contain the original proof of purchase and a note stating the IBAN account you wish to refund, the name of the bank and the beneficiary.
In case the return is due to an error of our store (manufacturing defect of product, wrong shipping of product) we bear the return costs. In this case, you send us back the parcel with the courier company you received at the recipient’s expense.
